Export Controls & Defense Regulations

Need-to-Know Principle

Access to sensitive information, operational intelligence, and client data shall be restricted exclusively to authorized personnel with a verified operational need-to-know.

Cybersecurity Compliance

All employees, contractors, consultants, and representatives must comply with Company cybersecurity protocols, including:

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  • Secure communication standards

  • Approved device usage

  • Password and credential policies

  • Security awareness training

  • Mandatory compliance testing

Intellectual Property Protection

VORDR respects and protects:

Unauthorized disclosure, misuse, or duplication of protected information is strictly prohibited.

5. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

All Associated Persons must avoid situations where personal, political, or financial interests conflict — or appear to conflict — with the interests of VORDR International LLC or its clients.

Disclosure Obligations

Any actual, potential, or perceived conflict of interest must be disclosed immediately to Company leadership or the Managing Director.

Outside Employment & Activities

Employees and independent contractors may not engage in outside activities that:

  • Compete with VORDR;

  • Compromise operational confidentiality;

  • Create divided loyalties; or

  • Damage the Company’s reputation or client trust.

6. SAFEGUARDING VORDR’S REPUTATION

Every employee, contractor, advisor, and representative of VORDR acts as an ambassador of the Company and its brand.

Brand Integrity

Company assets including:

  • Marketing materials

  • Business cards

  • Credentials

  • Corporate email systems

  • Operational identifiers

must only be used for authorized business purposes and in a professional manner.

Media & Public Communications

Only authorized Company leadership may issue:

  • Public statements

  • Press releases

  • Media interviews

  • Official commentary

  • External corporate communications

on behalf of VORDR International LLC.

Unauthorized public representation of the Company is strictly prohibited.

7. REPORTING & WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION

VORDR promotes a culture of accountability, transparency, and lawful conduct.

Duty to Report Concerns

Any individual who becomes aware of suspected:

  • Ethical violations

  • Corruption

  • Security breaches

  • Misconduct

  • Legal violations

  • Policy violations

has a professional obligation to report the concern immediately.

Reports may be submitted confidentially to:

Zero Retaliation Policy

VORDR strictly prohibits retaliation against any person who reports concerns in good faith.

Retaliation includes:

  • Harassment

  • Demotion

  • Intimidation

  • Contract termination

  • Threats

  • Discrimination

Any retaliatory conduct may result in immediate disciplinary action or termination.
